Spo2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and regulations governing the use of the spo2 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the spo2 platform via spo2.im or any related apps, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of this document, you are not permitted to use spo2’s services.
These Terms form a valid and binding agreement between you (the user) and spo2. Continued use of the platform after any changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Spo2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility, and Security
To access the full spo2 services, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. spo2 does not permit access or use of the platform by underage individuals.
- Keep your account password confidential and take full responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Notify spo2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- Register only one account. Users found to have multiple accounts may face suspension or closure of all related accounts.
Spo2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or temporary suspensions.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a spo2 user, you agree to comply with all the following usage rules:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment — not for any illegal activities, fraud, or system manipulation.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks related to the spo2 platform.
- Do not use automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or inflammatory information that could harm the reputation of spo2 or other users.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations while using this service.
- Do not transfer, sell, or share your account with any third party.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, and legal action at spo2’s discretion.
4. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the spo2 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX and DuitNow, which connect directly to Malaysian bank accounts registered in the user’s name.
Key Information Regarding Transactions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated on the user account page and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after identity verification is complete. spo2 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
- All deposits credited to your gaming account are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors verified by spo2.
- Users are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, or charges on any winnings or income earned through this platform, in accordance with prevailing Malaysian law.
- Spo2 reserves the right to hold or freeze suspicious transactions for investigation and legal compliance.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Spo2 reserves the right to suspend, block, or close any user account at any time for reasons including (but not limited to): violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to verify identity, multiple accounts, or attempts to manipulate the system. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not eligible to recover any remaining balance.
Liability Limitations
Spo2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial loss from betting, service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the spo2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of spo2 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission from spo2.
Third-Party Links
The spo2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. spo2 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own risk.
6. Governing Law and Contact Us
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through sincere negotiations between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to a Malaysian court with appropriate jurisdiction.
